The very best in canvas tents, and the Dwights flagship model, the Homestead Deluxe really will become your home away from home—the bach you can pack into the trailer!

As a three room tent there’s plenty of room for the whole family. There are two separate bedrooms on either side of the main living area, one of which can be opened up to convert the Homestead Deluxe into a two-room tent if you prefer.

The Homestead Deluxe also features full opening front and rear walls for ease of access, and has velcro on the tent rear to attach the universal veranda and/or sunroom. The real magic though is that you can use these two extras together, so by adding the sunroom and verandah to the back of the tent, and the sunroom walls to the existing verandah at the front, you can create two extra rooms, making the Homestead Deluxe a whopping five room tent. No other tent on the market has this flexibility for extra space.

The room configuration is nifty too. Because the Homestead Deluxe has a room on either side of the living space so when Dad’s snoring like a trouper the whole family can retreat to the other bedroom.

As standard, this tent comes with the fly, mesh vents in the roof, hooped rear ventilation windows and a heavy duty PVC floor.

NEW” Velcro attachment on the rear of the tent enables another optional full sized veranda to be added to back of the tent. This rear veranda can also have a full universal sunroom added to it enabling the use of another full sized room!

Elasticised toggles. For easy operation to hold up the rolled window covers.
Premium Quality YKK zippers. Renowned as the worlds best zippers and appropriately used on our best tents to ensure the zippers last as long as the canvas.
Locks. Swivel hooks located up high above the doors. The hook clips on to the zip slider to prevent opening. Great for keeping the children in.
New heavy duty Polycore 150 mesh windows and doors. This is a polyester core mesh with a PVC coating. Very strong mesh, much stronger mesh than no-see-um mesh used in dome tents. No point making a quality canvas tent with a mesh that won't last as long as the canvas.
Super strength Gold Passivate coated heavy duty steel frame. A rust resistant coating applied on both the inside and outside of the poles.
Heavy duty zippered carry bags X 2.

MATERIALS:

Our Premium Blend Canvas has been extensively used and thoroughly tested to provide total weather protection and UV resistance. This extremely durable fabric provides a great mix of strength, waterproofness and breathability. The heavy duty canvas will help this tent become a family heirloom. The Homestead Deluxe also features a Heavy Duty PVC floor.

Roof Canvas Material: ST340B
This is our most durable fabric with an exceptionally high burst and tear strength. This canvas has a minimum waterhead rating of 1,000mm.
Wall Canvas Material: ST220B
A lighter but durable fabric offering more breathability with a minimum of 800mm waterhead rating. Tested on over 1,000 New Zealand canvas tents.
Floor Material: Heavy Duty PVC

UNIVERSAL SUNROOM: (Optional Extra)

The Universal Sunroom is optional extra to purchase with the Dwights Outdoors Canvas Tent Range.
Add a full canvas sunroom on the front veranda and you can create a huge 4 room tent with plenty of access.
This new innovation allows the 3 front walls to be used independently as wind breaks on either side.
